If you already have signed up for or have an existing Freshworks product account, you can skip this step. If not, then follow the instructions provided below.
For First-Time Users
Navigate to the Developer Account you created in the previous step. The URL format will be similar to https://tgs-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.myfreshworks.com/developer.
First-time users will encounter a warning message stating, “You need to sign up for at least one product to build the app.” This message includes a link to explore available products.
Click on Explore products, then select the product that piques your interest. Click on the Signup option.
Provide the necessary details, including your organization's name, and then click “Start Free Trial” to initiate the signup process.
For Existing Users
Navigate to the Developer Account you created in the previous step. The URL format will be similar to https://tgs-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.myfreshworks.com/developer. Alternatively, navigate to the product account, which will resemble https://{account-name}.{product}.com, for instance, https://paidappsdemo.freshdesk.com.
From the global sidebar, locate and click on “Freshworks Switcher”.
In the “explore other products” section, choose the Freshworks product you want to engage with.
Enter the required details, including the account name, and then click “Start Free Trial” to proceed with the signup process.
Utilize a single Developer account to manage applications developed for multiple product accounts across various Freshworks products by smoothly switching between them.
